Documentation:
Documentation of all scripts explains how the code works. I do not provide documentation on how to use PHP or cURL specific functions (so, do not expect to find explanation on what echo, preg_match or any other PHP specific function does in my scripts). The intended use of the documentation (and the code in general) is for people who have some knowledge in PHP.

Support (Updates):
Free updates will be provided for 2 months. Additional updates will be provided at a low or no charge.
You have the option to buy the scripts on "AS IS" basis at a cheaper price. In that case no updates will be provided. You can purchase additional updates when needed.

Support includes (and is limited to):

• fixing 'bugs' in the code for gmail, yahoo, msn, hotmail, aol import scripts (I have extensively tested to make sure there are no 'bugs' in the code but if you find one, let me know)
• modifying code to accomodate for new logon form or new address book format for yahoo, gmail, aol, msn or hotmail.
  • Note: I will only provide updates as far as all communication between the scripts and yahoo, gmail, hotmail and aol is in text equivalent form.
    Examples of text equivalents: HTML, JavaScript (any JavaScript logic that is not overly complex), unencrypted/unobfuscated plain text.
    So, if login or any other action requires reading text from image or anything similar I cannot provide any fix for that.

  Support will be only provided for the import scripts that you purchase, updates for the additional files (anything marked as free or sample) will not be provided. Make sure you know PHP or you have someone who can provide you with modifications for any of the sample application's files (such as the mailing part).

What is included in the purchase?
You will receive:
gmail.php, yahoo.php, hotmail.php, msn.php, aol.php (all or some of them depending on what you purchase) containing the functions to import contacts from the corresponding websites. A free sample application using the import functions will be provided with the purchase. It is free and its intended use is to show you how to use the import scripts and to give you a starting point when integrating the scripts with your website. You can use it as is or modify it according to your needs. The sample application is a great time saver as it provides you with a lot of the code that you will probably need. Do not consider the sample application a finished product though. You will most likely use only fragments of the code included in it and I will NOT provide you with any code specific to your site implementation.
You get exactly what you pay for.
If you have not made any other arrangements with me before purchase that is all you should expect from me.
Generally I do not offer any additional programming services (i.e. I cannot provide you with integrating the scripts with your website at this point, all I can help you with is answer your questions related to the scripts, sometimes I do more but you should not expect me to provide you with more code than you pay for).

Delivery:
Usually within few minutes/hours. Allow 12-24 hours maximum for delivery. I will email you the scripts as soon as I receive confirmation that your payment has been received.

Conditions:
This is important part of the agreement, so read it very carefully

You can use the scripts for your personal or your own commercial purposes only.
This means you are not allowed to redistribute them in any way (even if you modify them or include them in bigger application).

If you are working for ONE client only that is fine. You need to purchase the scripts again if you are planning to use them for another client. I will give you a considerable discount (50%) if you purchase the scripts for more than one client. Please make sure your clients are aware that this is copyrighted work and they cannot redistribute it.

If you include the scripts in a bigger application/project you are not allowed to redistribute the application but only use it for your website or distribute it without the import scripts included in it. We can make arrangements about including my scripts in an application that you are planning to redistribute - please contact me for more info (read the conditions about working for clients above).

NO Refunds:
Download the demo scripts and test them before making payment. Test the online demo as well - that is exactly what you will receive (very similar to the sample application mentioned above). Try each script at least once.
I will not provide any refunds for any reason. You must ensure that your target server has all the components needed to run the scripts. This includes PHP with enabled cURL and OpenSSL.

You can contact me before payment to ensure faster delivery. I might ask you to confirm the payment was authorized by you before I send you the scripts.

Reminder: you get exactly what you pay for, nothing additional should be expected (except if you have arranged something with me initially). I do not provide any programming services at this point. NO refunds!
